review and publication process, authors submitting full papers to ICSIE 2026 are requested to use the official Full Paper Template.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only original and unpublished studies are accepted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full papers must comply with the principles of research and publication ethics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Papers presented at the congress but not submitted as full papers will only appear in the Abstract Book.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full papers accepted after peer review will be published in the Congress Proceedings Book (ISBN).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The scientific and ethical responsibility rests entirely with the author(s).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Papers may be submitted in Turkish or English.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manuscripts should be between 6 and 15 pages, including references, tables, and appendices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All
